PAYMENT
Q. I would like to buy a diamond but I have never bought one online. How may I trust Hattons as a reliable source of diamonds?

Hattons is committed to providing you, the customer, with peace of mind, which is why:

  • We only sell GIA certified diamonds, so when you buy from us, you are assured that what you see is what you get.
  • You are given the opportunity to inspect the diamond when you visit our collection centre in Hong Kong.
  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase during inspection, you may choose to apply the amount paid towards another diamond, or a full refund of the amount paid.
Q. What payment options are available to me?

At Hattons, you can reserve your diamond by paying a deposit of 15% of the value of your purchase online. We accept several different methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and bank wire transfer to reserve your diamond.

At collection you can use any of the above methods to settle the balance, or you may pay by cash in the following currencies: Hong Kong dollars, Chinese Renminbi and United States dollars at our predetermined exchange rate.

 

COLLECTION
Q. How do I collect my diamond?

Your order confirmation email will specify the date when your diamond will be ready for collection. You may collect your diamond within 14 calendar days of the specified date. Should the diamond remain uncollected for more than 14 calendar days, we will be happy to apply your initial deposit, less a storage and insurance fee of 1.5% per month of the value of the purchase, towards another diamond of equal or higher value.

Q. Can you ship my diamond to me overseas?
